General Questions
Are all products on Pure Armor authentic?
Yes. We only sell 100% genuine Bandai Gundam model kits and official licensed products. We do not sell bootlegs or third-party knockoffs.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States. All orders are processed and shipped domestically.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Questions
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer the following shipping services to addresses in the United States:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on orders that meet the threshold or selected promotions)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Shipping time starts after your order has been processed and shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We frequently run Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. Please check the cart or product page for current promotions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.
Product & Order Questions
Do you sell built Gundam models or only unassembled kits?
We mainly sell unassembled model kits (Gunpla). Some pre-built and painted display pieces may be available occasionally.
What grades of Gundam kits do you carry?
We stock HG (High Grade), RG (Real Grade), MG (Master Grade), PG (Perfect Grade), and occasionally limited or special editions.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original condition. Please contact us before returning. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
